About the Role:
As our Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations while leading a dynamic, dedicated team. You’ll be responsible for crafting an extraordinary in-store experience that reflects elegance, sophistication, and impeccable customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory flow, and ensure our store remains a destination for the latest in home décor and gifting.

- Lead a Winning Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a small, motivated team, setting clear goals to drive performance and ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Go above and beyond to create an exceptional shopping journey, resolving inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a smile.
- Master Product Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve with an in-depth understanding of current gifting and décor trends, educating both staff and customers on our exclusive offerings.
- Curate Stunning Displays: Create captivating, on-brand visual displays that showcase our premium products and elevate the shopping atmosphere.
- Drive Sales & Efficiency: Meet and exceed sales targets, manage inventory effectively, and optimize store operations for maximum efficiency and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: 3-5 years of retail management experience in gifting, home décor, or lifestyle products (Interior Design knowledge is a plus).
- Sales Achiever: Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and implementing strategies that boost store performance.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for providing exceptional customer service, always going the extra mile.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and retail management software.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional & Passionate: Presentable with excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for luxury décor and gifting.
