Are you a professional, energetic and dedicated Quantity Surveyor ready to make your next career move? Our client, an award-winning property group with specific focus in retirement, residential and commercial developments are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

· BTech Quantity Surveying

· At least 2 years’ experience on building projects

· Ability to prepare budgets effectively

· Proficiency in CCS

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze cost estimates for tender submissions

· Manage contract documentation and maintain an organized filing system

· Oversee the contract close out process

· Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain alignment with the main contract

· Ensure timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors

· Negotiate favourable pricing and finalize accounts
