What You’ll Do:

Offer forward-thinking legal advice across a broad spectrum of areas, including commercial agreements, real estate, and employment law.
Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders, ensuring optimal outcomes while minimizing risks.
Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, particularly in food safety, consumer rights, and environmental laws, to ensure seamless compliance.
Manage and resolve disputes, representing the company in negotiations, arbitration, or legal proceedings when necessary.
Collaborate closely with HR on employment law matters, providing guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.
Design and implement internal legal frameworks to uphold regulatory and operational standards.
Lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, fostering innovation and excellence within the department.

What You’ll Bring:

A recognized qualification as an Attorney, with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally within an in-house setting.
Proven expertise in contract law, with a strong ability to draft and negotiate agreements.
Deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the FMCG industry.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, paired with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
A strategic mindset that combines legal insight with a business-driven approach.
