A Boutique Lodge in Rivonia, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Clerk. The ideal candidate should be hard-working with strong knowledge of both debtors and creditors as well as a general understanding of accounting principles. While this is typically an office-hours position, occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Required: Matric
• Preferable: At least 2 years of experience as a debtors and/or creditors clerk
• Beneficial:
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting
  • Previous experience in the hospitality/hotel industry

• Managing debtors and creditors
• Conducting various reconciliations
• Handling the cashbook
