Wat jy gaan doen:

• Maandelikse verwerking vir ‘n toegewyde groep kliënte op Sage Online.
• BTW-indienings via SARS e-Filing.
• Verseker voldoening aan SARS-spertye en finansiële regulasies.
• Gebruik Excel en Word vir die opstel van verslae en vir databestuur.
• Werk saam met die senior rekeningkundige span om hoë standaarde van akkuraatheid te handhaaf.

Waarna ons soek:

• 1-2 jaar ervaring in rekeningkunde of finansiële administrasie.
• Vorige werkservaring by rekenmeesters of ouditeure sal ‘n groot voordeel wees.
• Kennis van Sage Online, SARS e-Filing, Excel en Word.
• Sterk tydsbestuur en die vermoë om onder druk te werk.
• Detail-georiënteerd en akkuraatheid met nommers.
• Proaktief, georganiseerd en selfgedissiplineerd.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monthly processing for a dedicated group of clients on Sage Online.
• VAT submissions via SARS e-Filing.
• Ensure compliance with SARS deadlines and financial regulations.
• Use Excel and Word for reporting and data management.
• Work closely with the senior accounting team to maintain high accuracy standards.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
• Previous experience at accounting firms or auditors will be highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of Sage Online, SARS e-Filing, Excel, and Word.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers.
• Proactive, organized, and self-disciplined.
