Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit JSE listed companies, ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards
• Perform consolidations for Group financial statements
• Prepare financial packs for management and stakeholders
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with the preparation and review of audit files for external Auditors
• Work closely with senior management to ensure the financial integrity of the Group
• Handle various financial reporting tasks within deadlines
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations

 
Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly qualified CA qualification (Chartered Accountant)
• Experience auditing JSE listed companies
• Proficient in consolidations and preparing financial packs
• Strong proficiency in Excel and multiple accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large data sets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
