Our client is seeking a GM in a Automotive/Autobody Repair/Panel beating environment, that can manage a franchise with a firm hand and an understanding of the industry 

This is a highly competitve industry

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing an auto body repair shop.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Expertise in insurance claims, Audatex estimating, and SAMBRA/RMI compliance.
• Ability to work closely with franchisor to ensure franchise standards and smooth operations.
• Financial acumen to manage costs and improve shop profitability.
• Experience dealing with insurance companies, brokers, and customer service.

Valid driver’s license and own transport.
