My client is currently recruiting for a CFO, where you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, COO and the executive leadership team. You’ll oversee the financial health and operational performance of a dynamic organization, renowned for its quality, innovation, and market leadership in the manufacturing sector.

Duties:

Steering financial strategy to align with long-term growth and sustainability goals
Driving efficiency across financial processes, investments, and cost management
Managing financial activities across multiple regions and markets to ensure agility and compliance
Ensuring the integrity of the IFRS financial figures reported
Providing monthly financial reviews and budget (forecast) meetings

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
10-15 years post-articles experience
Manufacturing (factory) industry experience is essential
