Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights to guide business decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns and managing audits when necessary.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, and manage cash flow projections.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Financial Strategy: Assist with developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of post-articles experience
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
