One of our clients based in Cape Town ( Medical legal field) is looking for an administrator to work remotely.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English

- Matric / Diploma in administration or any related qualifications
Duties
1.1.1 Setting up reports or addendum reports;
1.1.2 Editing assessment information, using professional English and logic;
1.1.3 Editing, proof-reading reports and addendum reports;
1.1.4 Going through claimant folders, adding and listing documents in reports and addendum reports;
1.1.5 Adding and summarising reports and documents and adding them to reports and addendum reports;
1.1.6 Working on reports, addendums, joint minutes and taking all work as far as possible to completion;
1.1.7 Setting up addendums and joint minutes;
1.1.8 Obtaining collateral information and requesting proof of earnings from claimants;
1.1.9 Finding out what documents/reports are required and following up to obtain required reports, documents, collateral;
1.1.10 Keeping record of all documents received and outstanding in Airtable,
1.1.11 Booking or cancelling office rooms as required;
1.1.12 Ensuring claimant contact numbers are obtained for online assessments
1.1.13 Confirming appointments with claimants and asking them to bring their CV and proof of earnings to their assessment;
1.1.14 Ensuring all record keeping (Airtbable) is up-to-date;
1.1.15 Ensuring the overall Dropbox folder is kept organised (duplicates deleted, folders in correct place); labelled correctly
1.1.16 Managing joint minutes, (following up with opposing industrial psychologist and sending them out);
1.1.17 Keeping record of all work done for invoicing purposes;
1.1.18 Sending out deposit invoices prior to the release of reports and keeping track of when they are paid by updating Airtbale; staying on top of all deposit invoicing
1.1.19 Compiling final accounts, which is imperative to be accurate, and ensuring all record keeping is up to date so final account information is recorded;
1.1.20 Ensuring record keeping is kept up to date daily;
1.1.21 Allocating work to industrial psychologist in a logical manner;
1.1.22 Communicating with clients as to when they will receive completed work in a friendly and professional manner;
1.1.23 Asking clients to provide collateral information prior to the industrial psychologist working on the matter; ensuring clients bring CV, payslips, IRP5’s etc to the assessment,
1.1.24 Constantly learning more regarding reports, opinions and joint minutes, taking note of corrections made work done by means of the review and compare function on Microsoft Word;
1.1.25 Communicating well with clients and colleagues in a professional organised manner;
