Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and inspire the F&B team to deliver impeccable service across all dining outlets, including fine dining restaurants, bars, private events, and in-room dining.
- Culinary Excellence: Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design exclusive menus that reflect current culinary trends and align with our brand’s standards.
- Revenue Management: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize F&B revenue and profitability.
- Operational Precision: Ensure flawless execution of all F&B operations, from inventory management to guest service.
- Personalized Service: Maintain a culture of personalized service that exceeds the expectations of a discerning clientele.
- Compliance and Standards: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene in all areas of F&B operations.
- Guest Relations: Act as a brand ambassador, handling guest feedback with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience: A proven track record as a Food and Beverage Manager in ultra-luxury hospitality, with a history of managing multiple F&B outlets.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team dedicated to excellence.
- Financial Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Refined Service Skills: A deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to train staff to uphold them.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a passion for curating extraordinary guest experiences.
