ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about financial planning. As a Financial Advisor at Vizion Finance, powered by Old Mutual, you will render holistic financial advice tailored to clients' needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Excellence

· Prospect and generate own leads.

· Provide financial advice on risk, investments and business assurance products.

· Facilitate seamless new business submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation.

2. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain enduring client relationships through regular reviews, clear communication, and proactive follow-ups.

· Address queries effectively, escalating where necessary, and providing timely resolutions.

3. Compliance and Development

· Stay informed of regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities comply with FAIS standards.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks, including fraudulent activities, with vigilance.

4. Strategic Reporting and Planning

· Execute professional advice responsibilities to customers with due skill and care.

· Meet weekly and monthly APE budgets and maintain required persistency targets.

· Align with franchise and regional objectives to support shared business goals.

Our Value Proposition:

1. A commission split of 80/20 paid to you directly by Old Mutual. We pay a settling in allowance of R25 000 during the first two months.
