Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the Commercial Finance Consultant in various administrative and finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with document coordination, follow-ups with clients and dealers, and facilitate smooth communication between different departments to ensure effective financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collating and organizing finance documents for clients and dealers.
- Follow up with clients and dealers to ensure timely document submission and smooth information flow.
- Support in managing finance applications and client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM systems.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to streamline finance processes.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Commercial Finance Consultant.
- BCom Degree/Diploma (advantageous)
- RE & NCR accreditation (preferred)
- 1–3 years' experience in finance, administration, or customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
