Data Science Leads – Drive Innovation & Insights! Are you ready to take the reins and build something extraordinary? We’re looking for a Data Science Lead to spearhead business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning initiatives in a cutting-edge environment. What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement business intelligence models to drive smarter decisions.
Use Python & machine learning to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and optimize performance.
Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data into key business functions.
Define best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
Transform complex data into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on BI, analytics, or decision-making.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) & data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with large datasets & databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
Ability to build and scale a data function from scratch.
Strong communication skills – you can translate data insights for non-tech audiences.
Leadership mindset – you’ve led teams or are eager to build one.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with credit risk modeling or alternative credit scoring.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with A/B testing & experimentation frameworks.
