We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Retail) to oversee retail store projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Management & Execution

• Oversee all project phases, including planning, budgeting, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Conduct site visits, feasibility inspections, and surveys, ensuring compliance with design and site conditions.
• Monitor progress and resolve any project challenges.

🔹 Technical & Cost Management

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and local market pricing to support procurement.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conduct price comparisons, and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with brand design specifications and technical standards.

🔹 Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and landlords to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage relationships with mall management and coordinate approvals with local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and mall guidelines.

🔹 Budget & Cost Control

• Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiencies.
• Prepare and review cost estimates and financial reports for management.

🔹 Timeline & Risk Management

• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on track.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential project delays.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular progress updates to the Head of Projects in Dubai.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including contracts, approvals, and site reports.
