Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries in Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary structures across African regions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring regulations in African countries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on Africa talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of cultural and economic factors affecting hiring in Africa.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and networking strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is required; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
