𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Dealing with customer queries.
• Updating of Customer database.
• Communication with customers regarding any changes to products, etc.
• Dealing with information required for customer FTP sites and keeping them up to date.
• Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
• Raising NCR/NPI/ECO to be sent out to relevant parties.
• Raising and tracking/ following up on customer samples.
• Liaising with Logistics to ensure delivery.
• Updating the Customer sales Forecasts system.
• Providing the sales team with sales and product information.
• Monthly reporting.
• Co-ordinating of team meetings and minute taking.
• Co-ordinating of customer visits.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Grade 12 and relevant Admin/Finance based qualification.
• High competency in MS Office packages and working with an ERP System.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Administration.
• Working with overseas clients, experience with this would be ideal , Europe, North America, China, Russia et.
• Dealing with customer complaints.
• Syspro 
  
• High energy, Extroverted, vibrant.
  
• Factory background.
• Online order system being implemented, experience would be ideal.
