An exciting opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant at a well-established property company based in Johannesburg South. Our client specializes in property development, investment, and management, with a strong presence in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. They are looking for a skilled professional to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

This role reports to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for management reporting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and operational financial support, to ensure the company's continued growth and profitability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Management Accountant in the property sector
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management
Experience with property management or financial systems (MDA, MRI, SAP, or similar)
Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
Knowledge of property-related tax regulations and compliance
