Job & Company Description:
 

A giant in financial services is on the lookout for a Subpoena Administrator to join their diverse compliance on a 10 months contract basis. The person who will fill this role is a self-starter and will be responsible for responding to formal requests submitted for information and documentation as stipulated in subpoenas. This role ensures adherence to legal and statutory requirements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
 
 
The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Subpoena Processing & Compliance
• Documentation & Record Management
• Stakeholder Communication
• Systems & Software Management

 
As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
 
The requirements:
 
 
Qualification:

• BCom Degree in Legal, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field (non-negotiable)
• Certification in Compliance, Legal Risk, or Banking Operations (preferred)
• Training in Data Privacy and Information Security Regulations (preferred)

 
 
Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in similar environment
• Strong administrative skills with knowledge of administrative procedures and systems 
• Basic understanding of banking procedures and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory knowledge, including data privacy laws and banking regulations
• Ability to use relevant software and systems to retrieve and manage information

• Ownership and accountability
