The dialer administrator will be responsible for real time monitoring, troubleshooting and being onsite for first level support for any dialer related escalations, user management and any ad hoc dialer and operational related responsibilities.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
· Real time monitoring of agents and dialer functionality
· Ensuring the lead counts of leads loaded matches leads received
· Creating and managing users and user groups
· Managing of ticketing system
· Providing ad hoc reports
· Managing dialing modes when requested by management
· Basic 1st level troubleshooting and on floor support
· Importing data when required
· Ad hoc tasks when required
· Exporting leads from Q Contact for Champion Challenger
· Project based tasks
· CLI Management
Candidate Requirements
· Senior Certificate/Grade 12
· 1+ Year experience working with Excel
· Power BI Knowledge/ experience would be advantageous
· 1+ Year experience working with any dialer software
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
