The ideal candidate will assist with document coordination, follow-ups with clients and dealers, and facilitate smooth communication between different departments to ensure effective financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collating and organizing finance documents for clients and dealers.
• Follow up with clients and dealers to ensure timely document submission and smooth information flow.
• Support in managing finance applications and client portfolios.
• Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to streamline finance processes.
• Assist in preparing reports for the Commercial Finance Consultant.
