Join our client, a leader in the commercial construction sector with a stellar portfolio of projects for major corporations. They're seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee their next venture. If you're experienced in managing construction sites with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, this role is your opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape cityscapes!

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience.

· Experience in high-rise and healthcare projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Ensure project timelines are met

· Manage multiple sites and related aspects thereof

· Effectively manage all senior site staff / foreman appointed to your site

· Manage quality on all work and carry out checklist inspections as each trade is complete.

· Manage and audit store controller booklet to ensure tools, materials and accessories always accounted for
