- Reception duties
- Provide professional customer service over the counter telephone and email
- Handle internal sales inquiries and order processing
- Accurately capture and manage data using computer systems
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the team to support sales and administrative functions
- Matric
- Previous experience in internal sales or a similar customer service role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Fluent in English with a good command of Afrikaans
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and data management systems
- A positive team player, able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Reside near Epping or within a reasonable commuting distance
