Calling all Procurement & Planning Managers! Join a manufacturing team in the chemical industry in the Western Cape!

Manage sourcing by overseeing buyers and optimising inventory. Oversee planning to maintain optimal stock levels. Handle all import and customs compliance. Lead projects to enhance efficiency, manage detailed reporting, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Ensure financial targets are met, authorize expenses, and uphold best practices. Maintain ISO standards and manage audits effectively. Supervise and develop the team, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

· Matric with maths and accountancy as subjects

· Degree in Procurement, Finance or Supply Chain

· 10 years’ of experience in Procurement and Planning of which at least 5 + years in a chemical manufacturing environment essential

· 8+ years at management level

· Strong personality with ability to lead a team
