We are looking for an administrator who will perform a dual role reporting to both the Business Support Manager and Operations Manager.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Business Support:

 Prepare and send multiple daily, weekly, monthly reports based on our T&A system (Biztrack)

 Assist with the administration and onboarding of new staff:

o setup of cellphone

o 1 on 1 training of how to use Biztrack

 Record and maintain integrity of all info on Biztrack.

 Escalate inconsistencies of Biztrack App

 Assist with IT Support & administration (cellphones, Tablets, Computers & IT accessories)

o Audit condition of hardware

o Obtain comparative quotes for replacement stock.

o Setup of new cellphone & tablet devices based on company requirements.

o Ensure proper paper trail.

Operations: (This role is in its early stages and is expected to undergo further development in the coming weeks/months.)

 Manage and maintain Ops Managers calendar.

 Take minutes of weekly team meetings and ensure actions items are completed. 

 Assist Ops Manager with managing teams outputs:

o Planners

o Team meeting minutes

o Cluster Meeting & Attendance Reporting

o All recurring meeting Agendas and Minutes

o Event Planning
