Quantity Surveyor
Qualification and experience required:
- CCS and a formal QS qualification is essential
Duties: - Contract Admin
- Project planning
- Assist in daily on-site management procedures, reports, and conflict solutions.
- Cash flow analysis.
- Compilation and monitoring of project budgetary allowances
- Preparation works for interim monthly Valuations to client.
- Manage sub-contractor accounts.
- Compiling subcontractor contracts
- Preparation works for Final accounts for Client and Sub-contractors.
- Knowledgeable in JBCC, FIDC, NEC and GCC contracts
- Measuring on site
- Prepare and present monthly cost reports for Director and site team
