Job Title: Contracts Manager

Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established renewable energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee contracts for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with terms and conditions, manage vendor relationships, and handle negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contracts for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms
• Lead large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects from design to implementation
• Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, quality, and risks, and implement measures to mitigate issues

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in contract management, particularly in the renewable energy sector
• Experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
• In-depth knowledge of legal aspects of renewable energy sector contracts
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
