We are looking for a meticulous and professional Junior Cashbook Clerk to join our finance team immediately. If you have experience in cash reconciliations and thrive in a structured environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash-up reconciliations for all retail stores.
• Reconcile sales data from POS to supporting documentation.
• Manage credit card, ATM, and cash-on-hand reconciliations for all stores.
• Verify actual bank deposits from various payment methods (credit cards, vault, Sparks) against POS records.
• Prepare and process sales import journals into IQ Retail.
• Liaise with stores to resolve discrepancies.
• Accurately record and account for sales in IQ Retail.
• Manage store floats and change requirements.
• Oversee and distribute stamps for all stores.
• Handle filing and archiving of financial records.
• Assist with year-end audits.
• Support the Financial Manager with sales reports and related duties.
