Role: Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Industry: Civil Engineering & Road Construction

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

•           Minimum 9 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure projects

•           Proven track record in managing large-scale road projects from inception to completion

•           Strong knowledge of SANRAL standards, contracts, and regulations

•           Proficiency in project management software and methodologies

•           Experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

•           Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

•           Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
