Requirements:

·        At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical building services sector.

·        Either professionally registered with ECSA or in the process of applying, with a strong interest in obtaining professional status.

·        Responsible for developing fire safety and compliance designs for multi-disciplinary construction projects both in South Africa and internationally.

·        Capable of independently managing small to medium-sized projects with minimal guidance, while overseeing larger projects based on proven experience or as part of the company’s fire design management team.

·        A minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety design, including compliance with SANS deemed-to-satisfy requirements, rational fire designs, firefighting equipment, smoke evacuation systems, stair pressurization systems, and fire sprinkler systems. Experience in thermal modeling would be a valuable advantage.
