Service and Sales Assistant

CTS Trailers, based in Bellville Stikland Industrial, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Services team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in an administrative role within the automotive, manufacturing, or service and repair industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Open service jobs, out work/subcontract, and breakdown work in the absence of the supervisor.
• Draft quotations and secure approval from supervisors before sending them to clients.
• Obtain and manage client order numbers.
• Amend quotations and request revised orders for latent defects.
• Load bills of materials for service jobs.
• Administer planned hours allocation for jobs.
• Ensure all purchase orders and necessary paperwork are in order upon vehicle release.
• Prepare job packs and obtain supervisor approval for invoicing purposes.
• Request purchase orders for required materials, supplies, or services.
• Maintain up-to-date work-in-progress (WIP) records and ensure completed jobs are sent for invoicing promptly.
