We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to lead our internal recruitment function and drive operational excellence. This role is crucial in managing our recruitment team, optimising processes, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless client engagement. Recruitment experience is a must, as you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring lifecycle, supporting consultants, and ensuring KPI-driven success.

Key Responsibilities:
π Recruitment Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Track individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and support to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct daily stand-ups and team meetings to ensure alignment and motivation.
- Act as the go-to person for consultants, providing guidance on recruitment best practices.
π Recruitment Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor, analyse, and report on recruitment KPIs to ensure consistent success.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise results.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and internal processes.
π€ Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and support.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants to ensure exceptional client service.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
π¬ Candidate & Recruitment Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and placement strategies.
- Ensure consistency in candidate experience, recruitment efficiency, and process improvements.
π’ Office & Operations Management
- Optimise recruitment tools, CRM systems, and job boards to streamline hiring processes.
- Drive efficiency across internal recruitment operations and resource management.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the overall recruitment function.
Key Skills & Experience:
β Must have strong experience in recruitment operations, agency, or internal recruitment management.
β Proven people management experience β ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
β Deep understanding of recruitment KPIs, processes, and best practices.
β Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills.
β Strong customer service experience, particularly with international clients.
β Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
β Strong problem-solving skills with a client and candidate-focused mindset.
β Proficiency in CRM systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office.
β Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
