Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct assessments, installations, de-installations, servicing, and repairs of coffee and water machines.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies, products, and services.

·         Ensure timely job completion and effective communication with the team.

·         Verify compliance with quality, safety, and production standards, ensuring optimal equipment performance.

·         Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the workshop.

·         Keep the company vehicle clean, operational, and fuelled for daily tasks.

·         Conduct stock-take as required.

·         Collaborate with Customer Sales and Support to contribute to business growth.

·         Perform additional tasks as required by the business.
