Duties:

Expatriate Tax Compliance & Advisory – Ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, and advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits.
Global Mobility & Assignment Structuring – Optimising salary structures, tax equalisation, and mobility policies for multinational clients.
SARS Engagement & Dispute Resolution – Managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues.
Business Development & Client Management – Leading client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and managing expatriate tax programs.
Team Leadership & Training – Mentoring staff, conducting tax training, and staying updated on global tax trends.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

BCom Accounting or SAIT/SAICA accreditation is essential
Post-graduate Degree in Taxation is essential
10+ years’ experience in taxation is essential
8 to 10+ years’ experience in the Audit/Consulting space
Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred
