Employer: The Working Earth

Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for the fitness industry? Do you have experience selling gym equipment (not gym contracts) and a deep understanding of the market? If so, we want to hear from you!We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join the team and play a key role in building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional solutions to their clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working with architects, hotels, fitness centers, and corporate clients to create state-of-the-art fitness spaces.

Business Development & Relationship Management – Identify and engage new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Sales Presentations – Deliver compelling sales presentations to architects, hotel groups, corporate wellness centers, and other potential buyers.
Consultative Approach – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best gym equipment solutions.
Collaboration with Architects – Assist by giving valuable input in developing floor plans that incorporate the gym equipment, helping clients visualize their ideal fitness space.
Industry Knowledge – Stay up to date with fitness trends, equipment innovations, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in gym equipment sales (not gym memberships).
Strong network within the hospitality, corporate wellness, and fitness industries.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter who is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
