- Sales Management
- Lead and manage local and national sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and sales performance.
- Develop sales strategies to target new customers, increase market share, and retain existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s sales goals, brand vision, and target audience.
- Oversee and manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
- Coordinate and create promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the wine shop.
- Develop engaging content, including photography, videos, and written material, to be shared across digital platforms.
- Brand Development
- Maintain the brand's identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with distributors and partners to align on brand messaging and promotional efforts.
- Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Develop loyalty programs, special offers, and exclusive events for customers to increase repeat business.
- Respond to inquiries and feedback from customers via social media and other platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the retail, wine, or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement engaging marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of campaigns and sales activities.
