The Sales Consultant – Reaction Division generates new business and maintains existing client relationships within the reaction and armed response services sector.
Sales and Business Development
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the Reaction security sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Sales administration and reporting
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and opportunities
Prepare and submit sales reports
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards
Required Skills
- Sales Rep: 2 to 3 years
- Cold Calling: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of proven security sales experience
Identify potential new business via leads and cold calling
PSIRA registered an advantage
Results-driven and assertive
Meet and exceeded sales targets
Excellent sales and negotiating skills
Product knowledge an advantage (DSC, IDS, Paradox alarm systems, and armed response services)
General
Valid driver's license
Good contactable references
Clear criminal record
