We are looking for a qualified Creditors Clerk with experience gained in a FMCG environment.

Location is Cape Town – Winelands

Non-negotiable requirements:

Financial Accounting Diploma or similar qualification. NQF5.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years general creditors clerk experience in a financial department 

• Experience in manufacturing industry will be beneficial 

• Previous experience in Business Central will be beneficial

• Working experience in the Wine industry will be beneficial

Duties;

Responsible for ensuring that all accounts from the suppliers of services to the company are ordered, recorded, posted and paid correctly, timeously and in terms of the limits of authority.

1. Creditors function

a. Accurate capturing

b. Loading of payments – weekly / monthly / ad hoc 

c. Maintenance, monitoring and reconciliation of creditors statements, and handling of queries) 

2. Process creditors supplier applications to open account 

3. Assist with financial audit and general finance duties
