Are you an experienced Program Manager with a passion for leading complex IT projects and delivering exceptional results? As a Program Manager, you will take the lead in managing multiple projects, ensuring their successful execution, from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, overseeing the entire program lifecycle and delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.

Primary Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs in medium- to large-scale environments.
Strong background in program management within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
A tertiary qualification (Degree or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate goals, project status, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of program success, and adapt to changing requirements.
Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practices.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate effectively when required.
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Advantageous Skills:

Experience with International Supply Chain (Import/Export) operations.
Familiarity with software development life cycles, tools, and technologies.
Knowledge of ERP systems and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Web Services).
Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
