Are you an experienced actuary with a deep understanding of pricing strategies and risk management? We are looking for a skilled Short-Term Actuarial Pricing Manager to join our team and lead innovative pricing solutions for short-term insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping pricing models and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of pricing models for short-term insurance products (e.g., car, home, travel insurance).
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to ensure our pricing remains competitive and compliant.
• Manage actuarial pricing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and assess the performance of existing pricing models, recommending adjustments based on data-driven insights.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on pricing strategies, profitability, and risk management.
• Mentor and support junior actuarial team members in developing their skills and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• A fully qualified actuary with significant experience in short-term insurance pricing.
• Strong technical proficiency in actuarial pricing techniques, risk analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with actuarial software and statistical tools used in pricing and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
