Strong skills in project management and data analysis are essential for delivering sustainable solutions and maintaining safety and quality standards in South Africa, Peru, and Egypt.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in detailed process design in the chemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals industry.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing processes and leading projects from development to COD.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, COMSOL).
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Minitab, Excel, or Python.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
