Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their L&D Team in Durban. The candidate must have strong product training and development experience working within an L&D Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training in a physical environment on site.

• Designing curricula/learning frameworks
• Designing learning experiences
• Facilitating Learning
• Supporting transfer of learning
• Evaluating Learning

Job Requirements:

• Matric/NQF4
• Min 2 years product facilitation experience in an L&D Department
• Experience designing curricula/learning frameworks and designing learning experiences 
• Human Resource or L&D qualification advantageous
• Training experience in the insurance sector is essential
