The Project Manager for Building and Renovations will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and have experience working on a variety of building and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project schedules and timelines and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track
- Manage project budgets and procurement of materials
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Communicate effectively with project teams and clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building and renovation processes (residential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- PMP certification is a plus
