We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkdin. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.  Must have experience in Property and rental portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand storytelling
- Analyze performance data to track and measure the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of best practices and strategies
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate insights
