Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a Site-Based Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious upmarket residential estate development in Paarl.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost management and contract administration on-site
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, variations, and progress claims
• Conduct site measurements and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and budget control
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely and quality delivery

Requirements:

✔️ Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
✔️ 5+ years of experience in residential or high-end construction projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement
✔️ Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
