Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Freight Forwarding professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking an Operations Controller in Cape Town to oversee key Freight functions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent senior certification
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight management software
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding or related logistics operations
Strong understanding of import and export documentation, customs procedures, and regulations
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
