Requirements:

·        Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or related field.

·        10+ years of technical experience in the construction industry.

·        5+ years of managerial experience, leading teams and projects effectively.

·        Demonstrated expertise in arbitration, adjudication, and various dispute resolution methods.

·        Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to finalize commercial agreements.

·        In-depth knowledge of FIDIC, GCC, and NEC contracts.
