- Manage the director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files for easy access
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and office supplies management
- Carry out secretarial and administrative duties precisely while maintaining high attention to detail
- Ensure tasks are completed exactly as required by the director’s standards

- Previous experience in a similar role
