Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The primary responsibilities of the Retail Sales Consultant will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend and demonstrate products that meet customers' needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Participate in store events and promotions as required

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
