One partner will take on the role of Lodge Anchor, ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth lodge operations, while the other will serve as Head Guide, leading exceptional safari experiences and managing the guiding team.

Lodge Anchor Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house operations, reservations, and guest relations
• Assist with administrative tasks, stock control, and reporting
• Support lodge management with staff coordination and problem-solving
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service delivery

Head Guide Responsibilities:

• Lead guided safaris, providing guests with engaging wildlife experiences
• Manage and train the guiding team, ensuring top-tier service and safety
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance
